Data we collect

When you submit the reservation form, we collect your desired username, email address and registration date. If you choose to share product feedback after reserving your link, we also store your selected preferences and optional free-text message.

• Desired link name, used to reserve your requested Cobri URL.
• Email address, used to identify your reservation and contact you about access or launch updates.
• Registration timestamp, used to manage order and evidence of registration.
• Optional feedback preferences and message, used to understand which Cobri features are most useful to early users.

Security data

We process request IP information temporarily for rate limiting and use Google reCAPTCHA to assess abusive submissions. reCAPTCHA may process technical information under Google privacy terms. Cobri does not add IP addresses or reCAPTCHA tokens to the reservation CSV.

Use and storage

We use the collected information only to administer reservations, learn from optional feedback, provide early-access communications, prevent abuse and operate Cobri. Reservations and any submitted feedback are stored in a CSV file on our hosting provider infrastructure while the pre-launch list is active or as needed to handle a request.

Sharing and payments

We do not sell your personal data. Information may be processed by infrastructure or security providers required to operate the service, including Railway for hosting and Google reCAPTCHA for abuse prevention. Cobri does not receive payment credentials or process payments through this form.

Your choices and contact

You may request access, correction or deletion of your reservation data, or ask not to receive launch communications, by writing to the email below. We may need to verify that the request relates to your email address.
